With the support of my colleagues in the UW Quantitative Ecology Lab, I launched a community science program in Spring 2020 to monitor birds in the Pacific Northwest during COVID-19 lockdowns. We are currently working on analyzing the final dataset, which includes bird observations from over 450 volunteers.
